Crystallization is an essential step before the solid phase polycondensation reaction.The polyester slices are uniformly heated in the crystallization reactor to reduce the moisture content in the slices and improve their crystallinity to ensure the quality of the finished slices. Subsequently, the polyester slice enters the condensation reactor, and after a period of reaction, the polymer molecules combine with each other to form new molecular chains, and the molecular weight can be increased, thus improving the intrinsic viscosity and physical properties of the polyester.At the same time, solid phase polycondensation can also remove impurities contained in polyester chips.The longer the chain, the higher the molecular weight, the higher the intrinsic viscosity of the polymer will be.
